Helpful Guidelines for Calling Our Office
Our desire is to put callers in contact with the staff member that can best assist them. We know our patient families live very busy lives, and holding on the phone is not productive for you or for us.
We recommend when you call, that you briefly identify to our receptionist the purpose of your call.
 Always Call To Cancel Appointments
Do call to cancel your appointments, as we do charge a $30.00 No-show fee. No-show patients create a loss to the practice, as our staff spends time preparing a chart, and working with insurance companies for the patients benefits. Since we can only care for so many patients in a given day, sadly, missed appointments left on the schedule, occupy space that could have accommodated a patient that needed to be seen that day. To avoid a no-show assessment, your cancellation should be made at least 4 hours prior to your appointment. Questions pertaining to scheduling may be emailed to: appointments@cornerstonepeds.net
New Patients
When making an appointment for a new patient, if you have medical insurance, this insurance information is necessary before your first visit. Leaving this information for the last minute, just before your appointment, will only delay your wait at our office, especially if your visit is during late hours, when most carriers are closed, which may cause your first visit to be out-of-pocket.
