If you feel your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, do call 911 or go directly to the nearest hospital emergency room.

The physician of this practice has opted to provide telephone advice during regular business hours at no cost to the patient family. The number of patients needing care on Saturdays will determine the Saturday office hours, which are usually from 8am - 10:00am. An after-hours, Saturday appointment, may be scheduled upon request.

If necessary, accessing a provider after-hours will incur a service charge. Therefore, using the after-hours provider service line should be reserved for urgently needed medical assistance matters only. Routine questions about the health of your child, scheduling, insurance matters, and such, should be made directly to our office staff during regularly scheduled office hours.

Insurance companies are aware of the after-hours telephone charges however, some will not cover this service. Therefore, these fees may be billed directly to you. This notice fulfills our practice's obligation to any managed care insurance carrier that requires advance notice for a non-covered service.
