Insurance:
Cornerstone Pediatrics accepts most private insurances as well as some medicaid plans. Please contact the office at (772)785-8989 to confirm we accept your insurance, as well as for Self Pay pricing.
Important Emails:
If you are an established patient and in need of medical refills or nursing questions you may send patients last, first name, DOB., question or medicine in need of refill. Do not email any urgent or emergency medical questions. We will try our best to respond to your email within 24-48 hours. (nurse@cornerstonepeds.net)
After Hour Contact:
If you have questions about a recent office visit or don’t know whether you should take patient to Emergency Room or not… please feel free to call the office after hours at (772)785-8989. Please refrain from contacting after hours unless you feel it is an important medical question for Dr. Aponte. That does not include, appointment information, billing questions, medical record requests, medical refills, ETC.
If needed you may leave a voicemail after hours. Please make sure to state the patients First name, Last name, Date of Birth, and briefly explain what the call is about. We will do our best to get back to you the next time we are open.
